1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing CashOrbit Max: Arcade Universe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Nature of the Application & Loyalty Tokens

CashOrbit Max is a casual arcade gaming multiverse with an engagement loyalty reward engine. "Orbit Coins" are non-transferable virtual loyalty tokens awarded for skill, arcade achievements, and voluntary engagement with ad sponsors.

• Orbit Coins hold no independent fiat currency value outside of redemption for digital gift cards (Google Play, Amazon) through the in-app Reward Store.
• Our redemption engine operates on a verified 50-50 revenue model where rewards are strictly backed by verified advertising revenue.

3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policies

We strictly enforce a fair gaming environment. The following behaviors are prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent account suspension:

• Using automated click bots, macros, memory modifiers, or emulated script injectors.
• Modifying device system time/clocks to bypass energy regeneration or chest cooldowns.
• Manipulating hardware identifiers or exploiting app-data resets to claim duplicate introductory bonuses.
• Attempting to intercept or tamper with server network requests.

4. Digital Voucher Fulfillment

Gift card voucher codes (Google Play Store and Amazon.in) are issued digitally within the app under the "MY VOUCHERS" tab. Once a voucher code is generated, the user is solely responsible for redeeming it on the respective third-party platform.
